The Buyer (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer“) is any person who purchases any products or services from this website, or who visits one or more web pages of the Site(s), whether or not they initiate a purchasing process on one of these Sites.
The Seller (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller“) is the company STTE Pty Ltd (ACN 135 020 923), as a reseller for the manufacturer of the products MOJO TECHNOLOGIES SAS (formerly JAKSPORTS SAS), hereinafter referred to as “MOJO TECHNOLOGIES“

Warranty:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The Seller warrants your product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the original date of purchase.
If you discover a defect in a product covered by this warranty, we will repair at our option using new or refurbished components, or if repair is not possible, replace the item.
Exclusions:
This warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using the product as recommended by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover loss or theft, nor does coverage extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage conditions, lightning, or natural disasters.
The warranty does not cover packaging, complimentary items, or parts that are subject to normal wear and tear replacement requirements.
Limits of Liability:
Should the product fail, your sole recourse shall be repair or replacement, as described in the preceding paragraphs. We will not be held liable to you or any other party for any damages or injury that result from the failure of this product.
Except to the extent that the law, including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and the Australian Consumer Law provides that liability cannot be excluded, damages excluded include, but are not limited to, the following; lost profits, lost savings, lost data, damage to other equipment or persons, and incidental or consequential damages arising from the use, or inability to use this product.
In no event (except under the provisions of Australian Consumer Law) will the Seller be liable for more than the amount of your purchase price, not to exceed the current list price of the product, and excluding tax, shipping and handling charges. The Seller disclaims any other warranties, express or implied.
